General Questions

  • Primarily, yes, we operate by appointment only. However, there may be occasions where we can accommodate same-day service, depending on your location and the requested services. Nonetheless, approximately 98% of the time, appointments are required.

  • Your presence for the entire duration of the detailing service is not mandatory; in fact, you don't need to be present at all. All we require is access to your vehicle and sufficient workspace. Regarding payment, we can conveniently send you an online payment link, allowing you to carry on with your day while we handle the work.

  • Absolutely, we do accept card payments. You can choose between cash or card based on your preference. However, please note that we do not accept checks or money orders.

  • We do not charge a mobile fee to service your vehicle. However, the farther you are from our primary area, the higher the minimum purchase amount will be. For example, if you’re within 15 miles, the minimum order might be $50 for us to come out. If you’re 25 miles away, the minimum will be $200.

Premium Interior Detail

  • The time required to clean your vehicle's interior depends on its size and current condition. As a general estimate, it usually takes between 3 to 5 hours. However, once we assess the condition of your vehicle, we can provide a more accurate time range for completion.

  • Definitely not. We prioritize using gentle, non-toxic cleaning products, ensuring that your car retains its natural scent or the pleasant aroma of cleanliness after our service. To date, we’ve never had a customer mention any lingering chemical smells post-service.

  • Our cleaning process is tailored to the specific condition and material of your interior. We utilize a range of brushes, cleaners, and machines to ensure thorough cleaning. Depending on the situation, we may employ techniques such as brushing for light cleaning or using steamers and extractors for more intensive treatment. With our extensive experience in cleaning dozens of interiors, you can rest assured that we have proven methods to effectively address various conditions. Your vehicle is in capable hands!

  • In warmer weather conditions, after completing the interior cleaning, the seats typically reach about 85% dryness. It usually takes an additional hour for them to completely dry. However, in colder weather, the drying process may take longer, as water doesn't evaporate as quickly from the fabrics. Rest assured, we take care to avoid over-saturating your fabric during cleaning, so you won't see any puddles of water. Furthermore, we utilize a specialized upholstery tool designed to minimize water saturation on the surface, resulting in faster drying times.

  • We are completely confident in our skills and expertise to clean your interior to the highest standard possible. However, some stains may be too entrenched for us to completely eliminate. Regardless, we will do our utmost to improve its appearance. If we can't remove it entirely, we’ll at least make it look significantly better.

  • We’ve developed techniques and acquired specialized tools and products that enable us to access many areas within the interior without needing to remove the seats. Therefore, seat removal is typically unnecessary for our cleaning process.

Premium Exterior Detail

  • While it won't eliminate scratches entirely, applying a ceramic sealant can help conceal and minimize the appearance of micro scratches on your paint. The sealant forms a protective layer over the paint, which can fill in some of these scratches and enhance the overall shine of your vehicle.

  • The longevity of the ceramic sealant depends on how you store and maintain your vehicle. If your vehicle is frequently exposed to harsh elements like sunlight, rain, and bird droppings, the ceramic sealant may last around 2 to 3 months. However, if your car is mostly parked in a garage, you can expect the sealant to provide protection for 4 to 6 months, particularly if you regularly wash your car and apply a spray wax after each wash.

  • Absolutely! As part of our process, we ensure that your paint is thoroughly cleaned of any loose dirt or bonded contaminants to allow the wax to adhere properly. We achieve this through both mechanical means, such as clay barring, and chemical methods, such as using an iron remover, to decontaminate the paint surface.

  • It sure will! Our service will address that rough feeling on your paint. There are typically two reasons for your paint feeling rough: first, it might have accumulated a significant amount of stuck-on dirt over time due to a lack of recent clay bar treatment. Secondly, it could be due to paint overspray landing on your vehicle. In either case, a clay bar application is precisely what's needed to restore the smoothness of your paint surface.

  • We have a few brands we rely on, such as Prime Solutions and Technicians Choice. Ultimately, it depends on the vehicle and what we determine is the best fit. Our preferred choice is Prime Solutions Ceramic Sealant.

  • The duration of the service varies depending on the size and condition of your car. Typically, it takes between 3 to 5 hours to complete.

Basic Interior Detail

  • The premium interior detail involves a comprehensive overhaul of your vehicle's interior, addressing every area from top to bottom and front to rear to restore it to the best possible condition. On the other hand, the basic interior detail focuses on a thorough vacuuming and wiping down of dust accumulated on surfaces. It serves as more of a maintenance or upkeep service rather than a deep cleaning of the entire interior.

  • Yes, if you have something specific in mind that you want cleaned, just let us know when requesting a quote. Of course, the price will be higher for the additional work we provide, but we can definitely take care of that for you.

  • The duration of the service varies depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Typically, it takes 2 to 3 hours to complete.

  • No worries at all! Feel free to send us some photos of your vehicle's interior, and we’ll be happy to assess the condition and recommend the most suitable option for you, whether it's the basic interior detail or the premium interior detail.

Basic Exterior Detail

  • The basic exterior detail primarily focuses on maintenance rather than thorough cleaning or polishing of the paint. As a result, it is not designed to remove scratches, water spots, or surface roughness from the paint.

  • While both services involve washing cars, our exterior detail takes the process to a higher level to ensure superior results.

Here's how our basic exterior detail differs:

    • Safe washing and drying method: We utilize a method that minimizes the risk of introducing swirls and scratches to your vehicle's paint.

    • Thorough water removal: We ensure all water is thoroughly blown out from the nooks and crannies of your vehicle to prevent water spots and streaks.

    • Door jamb cleaning: We pay attention to detail by cleaning the door jambs, leaving no area untouched.

    • Spray wax application: We apply a spray wax to enhance the shine of your vehicle's paint, leaving it looking glossy and protected.

    • Tire and fender dressing: We finish off the service by dressing the tires and fenders, giving them a clean and polished appearance.

Overall, our basic exterior detail is designed to provide a thorough and meticulous cleaning experience, leaving your vehicle looking its best inside and out.

  • When it comes to spray wax, we prefer Formula 4 Spray Wax by Superior Products.

  • The duration of the service varies depending on the size and condition of your car. Typically, it takes between 1 to 2 hours to complete.

Engine Bay Detail

  • Water can potentially damage an engine if not handled carefully, but rest assured, we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle during the cleaning process. We do not flood the engine with water; instead, we use just enough to rinse off the cleaner and dirt, which is minimal. Our technique involves using the wand at a safe distance from sensitive areas, and we also take the additional precaution of covering up any sensitive components to further mitigate any risks. Your vehicle's safety is our top priority.

  • Regrettably, if the oil or grease leak is extensive, we may not be able to fully clean it up. Such leaks tend to permeate into various nooks and crannies of the engine bay, which are challenging to access. Moreover, if the leak has persisted for an extended period, it can further complicate the cleaning process. Our engine bay cleanings primarily address surface-level areas, and extensive leaks may exceed our capability to clean effectively.

  • At this time, we no longer offer this as a standalone service. You’ll have to pair it with another service for us to come out to you.

  • Our engine cleaning process involves inspecting the engine, covering sensitive areas, thoroughly spraying and agitating, drying, and applying dressing to plastic and rubber components. We use various brushes to reach intricate areas.

  • Absolutely! After cleaning and drying the engine bay, we apply a water-based dressing to all plastic and rubber components, leaving the engine bay with a shining finish.

Paint Correction

  • Polishing is one of our most detailed and time-intensive services. The duration for completing your vehicle depends on its size, condition, and the desired finish. For example, a 2-door vehicle that requires a high level of correction might take 12 hours or more, whereas the same vehicle needing only a light polish could be done in about 5 hours. It all varies based on your specific requirements.

  • Of all the services we offer, paint correction has the most specific requirements regarding the space and environment. We need a clean workspace to polish the vehicle without dust and debris contaminating the paint. Most of the time, we can perform the service at your location, but there may be instances where the work takes more than a day or the area isn't ideal. In those cases, it’s best to drop the vehicle off at our facility or choose a different location.

  • Paint correction completely removes swirls from your paint. The only time you'll see swirls and scratches again is if they are reintroduced through improper washing and drying techniques.

  • Yes, paint correction can remove various imperfections in the paint, including swirls, scratches, paint transfer, and water spots.

  • Unfortunately, if your clear coat is peeling—commonly referred to as clear coat failure—there isn’t much a detailer can do. At that point, you would need to have the vehicle resprayed. However, if there’s only a small area of clear coat failure on a specific panel, it may still be possible to save the paint.
